Ok, I just logged in and was SHOCKED to see the last time I was here was on July 24th.........totally blown away.
I've missed you guys.
Been staying on track..........not really loosing, but not gaining really, just a few lbs here and there.
I did gain a few over Christmas eating those nasty sugar free russel stovers chocolates.
They helped me get thru parties and gatherings, so gaining a few wasnt such a big deal........mostly water instake I think.
Ok, now I am back and ready to kick start myself onto the loosing wagon.
I am heading back to Florida at the end of April and how vowed to take another 20lbs off by than.Been working out 3-4 days a week on my bike and elliptical.Adding a few more minutes each time.Am upto 15min on elliptical and 10 on the bike.Hoping to round it off to an even 30minutes.Is this enough 4 times a week?I really want to get this weight going.
Anyway, I have cut out the Russells and the scoop of peanut butter here and there,but kept a few nuts a couple times a week and some strawberries once or twice a week.......this is ok right?
I just am so happy to be back, and even thou by the looks of it, theres more new members than old........hopefully someone will remember me( I started that old Tuesday weight in thread.......way back), but even if ya dont........doesnt matter cos hopefully I will meet all the new ones and make some new friends.
