    Education: BS (Information Systems w/software engineering concentration) MS (Information Assurance and Security 6 hours left) Ph.D (next goal in Information Technology Management. ~3-4 years)

    I am not an expert, but I would believe that green tea is good at anytime! Just doesn't count as water

      yes..it is .... but I am supposed to say decaf I think

        What about green tea extract supplements for increased metabolism? Are they allowed also? Green tea is a natural caffine and it's potent. I'm still confused on this one.
