    Re: What's Eating You?

Well, my grandfather says I come from a big family, and I guess that's true, to an extent. But, I had a lot of people in my family jealous of me when I had lost.

At my thinnest, i was 175, 5'6. I don't have any really good pictures of what I looked like then, but when I get back there, I'll make sure to take a couple of pictures for the board.

But I think they were just comparing my new body with my old body, and after seeing me big for so long, they probably just didn't think it was possible for someone like me to be that thin, and not be sick.

But yeah, I think I found myself a new "muse" of sorts. So I don't think losing will be all that much of a problem anymore.

Whats eating me is, I go to the grocery, and buy all the things I need for this WOE, and I buy the others what they like, but before I know it, they eat all the pepperoni, cream cheese , ya know the goodies we are allowed to treat ourselves with, so when its a week before grocery shopping again, all I am left with is boxed mac and cheese(no I wont touch it) and all the rest of the processed crap that they love. I am stuck with meat and eggs, no fresh veggies no cream cheese nothing. GRRRRRRRRRR

So, Cindy, now they don't need you to buy anything for them, right?
Just buy for yourself, in larger quantities of the same things they and you ALL ate. You'll save money buying in volume. Eventually they will eat the junk, too, so just consider this a good thing - they are eating healthier & you get to save some money.

What's eating me in the background of my mind with a host of other things that are nibbling on me, is the apparent contradiction between having a CCLL below which you are supposedly going to lose, and the growing amount of info I'm picking up that suggest one could eat absolutely no carbs at all and still not lose, or even gain.
