You guys are great!! I guess it is all the brainwashing of low-fat and no taste! It is just a different way of eating. I will get used to this, but it is hard!!! Thanks for your support!!! Michelle

I took me a long time. I began this WOE trying to watch my fat intake. That got me no where.
