Hello! I`m back. I currently weight 175.3, and I am looking to lose weight!!!!!!! I am 14 and I`m 5'3"! I am doing a lot of squats. I`m starting tommorow, but for dinner tonight I had 2 pork chops, and a some green beans! Was that okay?? What can you do to get a flat tummy also??

Congratulations for being so young and taking control of your body. For a flat tummy try some crunches and very slow leg lifts. Go online and google stomach exercises and I am sure you will find a ton of different things you can do. If you start slow and work your way you will find that you can do quite a few in a short period of time...the key is to be consistent....whatever you choose try to do it everyday. Good luck!!!!SWIMR4

And use cardio like walking, dancing, jump rope, running, ummm, cardio videos, WHATEVER you like that gets your heart rate up and your body sweating....that will help melt the fat off so that you can SEE those nice sculpted abs you'll get from crunches and stuff.~Joy
