just in browsing around I don't see too many people talkig about eating pickles, is there something I don't know? I really like dill pickle spears, these are koser right? (pun intended)

Cucumber pickles are made from cucumbers, which are a vegetable found on the Induction Acceptable Foods list. So, yes, they are okay to eat. Just count them towards your daily vegetable intake and be sure to count the carbs.~Megs~

I have always eaten pickles but just watch the sodium....they puff my fingers up like sausages if I eat too many!

My mom made something similiar though much less healthy. It was celery topped with peanut butter with a line of raisins.
