    just in browsing around I don't see too many people talkig about eating pickles, is there something I don't know? I really like dill pickle spears, these are koser right? (pun intended)

    Cucumber pickles are made from cucumbers, which are a vegetable found on the Induction Acceptable Foods list. So, yes, they are okay to eat. Just count them towards your daily vegetable intake and be sure to count the carbs.

      I eat pickles and yes they are "Kosher"
      pickles and olives and cheese ...yummmmm salty goodness!!!

        You know what I found is good too? Pickled hot peppers. Very tasty and very spicy.

          I love pickles...........kosher dills and also the sweet pickles that are sweetened with splenda.....Mt Olive brand.

          Pepperchini peppers, jallepenos

              We have hot and spicy pickles here that are jarred with the pickled hot peppers. they are awesome! and when i'm done the pickles, i have allt he peppers in the jar to eat

                  Pickles are great but the BEST snack that my mom used to make me as a kid...celery topped with cream cheese and green olives...amazing

                    I always get the lowest sugar, lowest sodium sliced dill I can find, and typically only use it in my tuna salads. It gives them a very nice kick!

                      I have always eaten pickles but just watch the sodium....they puff my fingers up like sausages if I eat too many!

                        My mom made something similiar though much less healthy. It was celery topped with peanut butter with a line of raisins. We called it "ants on a log"

                            Ooooooooooooooooh I must have some pickled onions.
                            I love vinegar, i put it on almost everything.
                            A nice big steak or chicken soaked in vinegar...yummmmmmm
