    Why is Splenda allowed, but not Nutrasweet? The little packs of nutrasweet I use in my tea says there is 0g carbs, 0g sugar.

    I think nutrasweet contains aspartame which is one sweetener expressly discouraged in DANDR. Look at the ingredients label of your pack to make sure.
