Ok, been doing atkins since last April and started out ok, with a 17lb lost in about 3 months or so. I did get down to 198 in July but since than my scale has gone from 200-208 back and forth, yet I am not cheating.I added strawberries and some nuts over the summer, but since coming back here I have removed it except yesterday when I had some berries cos they looked so good.
Now I am starting fresh with no berries or anything not allowed during induction, is there any reason I am not loosing like everyone else?I am stuck at this weight and dont know why.
I am 37, female, 5'8, started at 217.5, am currently holding at 202lb and been on atkins for 10 months. I work out 2-3 times a week on my eliptical and bike (roughly 30 minutes).
I will post a menu, but I have been doing this for so long, that I Know what I am eating is all acceptable and nothing to stop me from loosing.
ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS??????
