    Okay. I know that it is a forbidden word. But I just gotta ask a question - didn't see it addressed on some of the other forums... don't know if I'm in the right place.

    Been tooling along, doing the Atkins thing... as cleanly as I can. (okay... I admit... I've had three glasses of wine in the past month). Losing inches like crazy. Haven't been weighing because of the no-weigh challenge.

    Finally figured out fitday. Started entering my meals/intake. Found that I was consuming between 1000-1500/day, with many days being less than 1000.

    Wow.

    It's not like I'm trying to reduce my intake, I'm just not hungry. I've gotten to where I'm eating SOMETHING five times a day, even if it's just half a piece of chicken or some broccoli.

    Will that mess me up in the long run? Did the weight watchers thing in between my Atkins stints... they stressed eating enough calories to prevent slipping into starvation mode (which - clearly - I am not approaching!)

    Goal - To zip up current pants without sucking it in-10/25/09
    Goal - To need a belt/roll waistband of current pants
    Goal - To wear the next size down - 11/13/09
    Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
    Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)
    Day 13 - wine free/ cheat free

    You do want to make sure that you are not eating too far below your BMR. I found that as you move into the ongoing weight loss phase and add good for you carbs in the right order that the deep appetite suppression lessons and you will be able to get your caloric intake a little higher. One more reason to move into OWL. AND if you want wine, you can have wine legally by moving through the rungs and adding the foods back into your diet in the appropriate order.

    Induction is not the entire Atkins plan, it's just the first two weeks
