So does creatine work with Atkins?

As in is it low-carb enough to take while on atkins?

Starting Weight: 307-310
Current Weight: 220
Short Term Goal Weight: 225 by May 1st (met)
Long Term Goal: 215 pounds by June 12th (almost there!)

i dont know how it would affect your diet but i do know it can cause you to retain water
