I am on week one of OWL and have not lost tons of weight but I do look a lot better and I have moved the notch on my belt over 3 notches? Is this normal? Also, on rung 1 I am having a hard time eating all of the veggies...do I still move to rung 2 next week or stay with one for a while? Thanks.

Re: what do you think?
Congrats on that "notch moving". That's a far better indication of your direction than the scales.
You could stay on rung one of OWL and try other veggies, though if you're bored, then you could move on. OWL is to find out how your body reacts to different foods, so it's worth taking your time... especially if you've a way to go before getting close to goal. Before and after:

Re: what do you think?
Well... it's such a personal decision really. There's no immediate rush since you don't need to hit pre-maintenance until you have around ten lbs to go, if you don't want to. But if you're bored with the veggie rung you might like try rung two and see how you get on there. Before and after:

Re: what do you think?
If you want to stick around rung 1 and want a way to add veggies, sauces and purees are a great way to do that.
If you're bored, then by all means, move to rung 2. I LOVED rung 2! Fresh cheeses, more heavy cream...yummmmmmmm. This ALSO means you can make this great cheesecake:
