I hope I am asking in the right place

I have seen posts and read reference to Atkins baking mix and also flavored sugar free syrups to add to seltzer to make an acceptable drink. I know atkins is not selling either at present. Are there other good substitutes? Thanks...Bob

www.netrition.com is another food site. I don't know where you live, but Smart and Final (a small warehouse store) carries a lot of the sugar-free Torani sryups!

        Good luck!

Cost Plus also carries some of the sugar free syrups, not the mix though as far as I know.

In the states I found DaVinci s/f syrups at TJ Maxx. (for anyone in Canada they're availabe at Homesense).

Bob I noticed in the superbowl post that you mentioned you are on induction, just a note that Atkins bake mix is not induction friendly, and not allowed until the higher 'whole grains' rung.
