Angelstar - its really tabascoey (is that a word?) Maybe mix some other kind of hot sauce with tabasco. It might taste close.

We do have Tabasco sauce over here, although I thought it was an incredibly hot sauce so I've never bought it!

Angelstar, you know what would make a great substitute? Nando's Peri Peri sauce. I just picked up a bottle at Tesco last week and it's close. Not exactly the same, but I bet it would be great.

Thanks for all of the ideas. Some great tasting food. No one would have known it was mostly diet food lol. The day was great everyone had a really good time and of course "THE COLTS WON"
