hey guys and gals, well, i started atkins again 3 days ago, its going well, but what are the allowed foods? i read the book and theres no list of what you can and cannot eat! help please hugs to all xxxx

What book do you have? Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolutions does have all the foods lists in it
