    HI everybody,
    When counting my carbohydrates which one do i look for i.e
    carbohydrate = 3.5g
    or
    carbohydrate of which sugers = Trace

    I bought a bag of sausages and dont know which one to count

      Yep... both. It's the fibres you can deduct.

        It depends on the labeling - but as I am looking at a label (US) it reads total carbohydrate and then breaks down with further detail fiber and sugar - you just count the total (and subtract fiber for a net carb count) but you don't ADD the sugar count again - it is already in the total. Make sense?
