    This is exactly why I can't decide on a goal weight. Last time I did this and got to my goal, I looked ok, but I was flabby. This time around, I'm focusing a lot more on the shape of my body. I'm losing inches like crazy but not much in the scale department. And for once, I'm not freaking out about it. In the end, I'd rather have more muscle than less weight.

      That's crazy!! Explaines a lot though...
      Goes to show that we should focus on our body and not the scale!

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        Thanks for this really motivating post, I could really do with this one, since I am working out HARD and not see much moving.
        Did you all go over to the site and check his other pictures ?

            Great link which gives encouragement to anyone worrying about not losing weight because of exercising!!
            Such an improvement to physique is well worth striving for regardless of what the scales say.
