And then I got to wonder: I was under the impression that I would prefer 10%plain greek yoghurt over lowfat plain yoghurt? But I noticed that the 10% greek has 5 g carbs, but the lowfat only has 3.5. So, do I prefer fat over lowfat or lowcarb over high fat?
