When I started Atkins... I was really worried because I absolutely hate just drinking water. If it doesn't have flavor I have to really force myself to take more than a few sips! I was able to wean myself off of diet drinks for now, however I have found this new tea by Arizona that is blueberry flavored. It is the only thing that I drink now...
I was just curious--Does anyone else drink this? Does anyone else hate drinking plain old water? And also... If the tea is too much--Is there any other limit-free alternative to just water?

I asked him yesterday how much water he drank and he said 1 glass like it was big deal! I don't have any answers for people that dont like water. But I do know you need to try. It is SO IMPORTANT. Lemon, mint leaves, cucumber are all good flavor enhancers. I like my water at room temperature because it goes down much easier, doesn't shock my system when I chug it down. You may want to try that.
