Re: Where to buy Atkins Bake Mix
I am actually not sure that it is made any longer. I searched through some older threads for you and it looks like it was hard to find months and months ago when a lot of the Atkins products disappeared. Do you know what is in it so that you could find a substitute?

Re: Where to buy Atkins Bake Mix
Here are a few 'Atkins Bake Mix Clone' Recipes I found
I couldnt find any which would be induction-legal, but I doubt if the Atkins one would have been induction-legal either!
These two would be OK once you reach the Nuts/seeds rung of OWL
1 cup almond flour
1 cup vital wheat gluten
1 cup unflavored whey protein powder
4 packets splenda
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon saltThese three would be OK once you reach the Legumes rung of OWL1/2 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup soy protein Isolate
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup soy flour
2 cups soy protein isolate
2 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Splenda1 cup soy flour
2 cups soy protein Isolate
2 tbsp splenda
1 tsp salt1 cup Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup soy flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp saltWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
