  • Stalling?

Anyone else get in these ruts? I was stuck at 252.2 for a week and then suddenly in 2 days I went to 249 then 247 and we are back on track! I have had a little cold but I changed nothing that I can think of. Just kept the water coming and going.

No need to panic, it happens all the time.

Its possible to go a couple of months without losing, then all of a sudden "whoosh". Don't worry to unduly about it, its just your body adjusting.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Stalling queen right here! *points at herself*

I've tried tons of "tricks" and nothing works as well as staying the course. I think my body loves my remaining fat deposits like dogs love fire hydrants. >.<

Once you hit weight set points only your body knows (and loves) weightloss seems to screech to a halt until your body sorts itself out.

        I'm stuck too!
After my initial downer this morning, I have decided to carry on regardless...not use it as an excuse for cheating. This is pure cowardice on my part ;-) as I do not want to have to do induction again when I am so near the goal weight I set for beginning OWL 155lb.

Hopefully it will sort itself out once my body gets used to the increase in exercise, but I'm feeling great.
In fact there is a question. When you get stuck, apart from getting very angry at the scales, do you gals and guys feel good in yourself? I'm feeling really energetic.
