I made an account on fitday to see all my carbs and everything, well with the rule of the 3 cups of veggies, I can only come out with 6 carbs from my veggies. 1 carb from 1 cup of lettuce, 3 carbs from 1 cup of mushrooms, and only 2 carbs from 1 cup of broccoli. So thats 6 carbs so far.
Then my other carbs are, 1 carb from 2 eggs, none from bacon, 4 carbs from 4oz of cheese, none from butter and none from beef.
My question is, how do I get the rest of my carbs? For some reason on fitday it says 10 carbs for Broccoli, frozen, spears, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt. Which would have been 19 carbs, almost perfect, so I dont really know how to fit in the rest. Thanks for any help.
