Good morning all! well it is day 3. i am trying really, really hard NOT to get on the scales. i am like the little horse and carrot,,,,as long as i can see the carrot i will keep on running!!
i have a question about breakfast...i HATE breakfast but i know all the information on its importance. when i eat eggs in the morning i feel like i have a rock in my tummy all day.....can i use the atkins shakes for breakfast...that is about my speed but i am not sure it is induction legal....
