Someone suggested it when I first joined but I thought I knew it all! And I did have what I thought was a fairly recent book.
However, I just found I wasn't losing as quickly as I did last time - could be faulty memory and I also have less to lose this time. Plus reading the posts and comments about OWL and the different rungs - I realized I didn't know what they were talking about.
So I finally went and bought the latest book and sure enough, I was just too easy going on induction. I ate nuts and just about as many veggies as I wanted. I was starting off a couple of rungs up. I was always in ketosis though.
So I've gone back to strict induction and started actually counting the occasional carb here and carb there. I feel like it's making a faster and bigger difference.
I think especially as a former Atkinser I just was too relaxed and thought I knew more than I did. Glad I went and got the book.
