I have been on Atkins for 8 weeks and lost 24 lb so far.
been going really well and losing 3 lb a week, slowing to 2lb last 2 weeks. I am really happy with loss.
However, yesterday I had to work and it was a bad day, no food prepared as normal due to rush. So, I went to Tesco's and bought two 5 pack boxes of the Low Carb Bars (one strawberry the other chocolate) with 2.5 net carbs each bar.
Now, I have been costipated for 6 weeks and have been taking senokot when needed etc. However, after having one of these bars yesterday, I then had another, another and another!
I know, really bad. I ate 6 in 2 hours! I then threw the other 4 as I clearly could not control myself. No cravings in 8 weeks, 1 bar and I was like a man possessed!
Anyway, this morning. Oh My God! Talk about loose movements!
The scales have not gone up from last nights binge(yet?!), my system is clearly cleared! But I am not toucjhing them again!!
I am in phase 1 OWL, do you think that it will put weight on me or will all the effects counter that!!?
