  • Did i Mess up?

    This weekend, my band and i played this club in boston. Normally for us, after a show it is routine to end up at some restaurant or bowling alley or something with a ton of friends/bands..

    This restaurant had a deal on appetizers - and I was hungry... I opted for the buffalo wings.. they certainly werent breaded by anymeans, but they were fried.

    For some reason they were extremely satisfying, and after eating them i felt a bit full... something made me felt like i had cheated?? I have been drinking one gallon+ of water a day... and for the first time in this week of my induction - a few hours after eating that food my urine was a yellow color again?

    I am not really sure if anyone knows? But there are no carbs in buffalo sauce, and no carbs in chicken... im wondering what might be going on?

    If they wasnt battered or breaded, then you are fine, I eat them at leadst 3 times a week. Fat is your friend here..lol Good luck on your journey!!

      For some reason they were extremely satisfying, and after eating them i felt a bit full...
      Chicken wings are full of fat, that's why they were so satisfying!!! I love chicken wings, I always feel satiated after eating them.
