This is really bizarre....in my face, and my wrists. My watch kept rolling around. I mean that is really bizarre...I've heard of moving your belt up a notch but my watch...go figure...Go Dr. Robert!

I noticed it in my face, my stomach, and oddly enough, my FEET! I had a pair of shoes that didn't fit because my feet had gotten so fat (or had swelled up because of my weight)...I put them on a few weeks after starting Atkins, and gosh, they fit perfectly!
I always notice in my tummy and boobs first. The bloating of my tummy and the swelling of my breasts are always the first things to go down. Thankfully this means my pants feel looser almost right away!
