I am going to Las Vegas next Saturday for the NASCAR race
and I know I am going to have some serious food issues to deal with. The biggest one for me will be drinking beer at the race. Beer and racing and beer and baseball are just a natural fit for me
. I dont get drunk, its just an enjoyable activity. So I am planning on drinking a few light beers. I will try and drink a bottle of water in between beers that way at least I can slow down my consumption while doing something good for myself. The other part is just going to be eating all my meals in restaurants. Other than the beer I plan on staying on course but I know I am going to hit a few roadblocks. The last thing I want to do is come home in the middle of a slippery slope. I guess that is my biggest fear. Any words of encouragement are welcome.
