    The scales moved again!!! Finally!!!

    Hey guys , just thought that I would share with you that after what seemed like forever at 196 and a half, I finally lost 3 and a half lbs!!!! Yay!!!!! I have new hope! Well thought I would share it with ya, and hope it encourages others to hang in there.

      Congrats! I know how you feel. Sometimes you've just got to wait it out and then when you least expect it the pounds disappear!
