I had 2 eggs with American Cheese, Italian Sausage and Pepperoni in them... also had my decaf, with splenda and heavy creamer.

Well this morning I had a boiled egg.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Regarding my salmon sashimi, I purchase two platters at a time and eat them the following two days as a snack or breakfast. For me, this is the perfect thing to have right before hitting the gym, because it doesn't weigh you down on the weight machines and treadmill! (No waiting around for it to digest, etc.)
