  • help!

So tonight my mom made a soup..
it was tomato based, she used one can of this tomato paste or something the can had 5 carbs per serving - 7 servings total in the can.. This can was mixed with a ton of water to make the broth - It filled an enormous pot. Inside of the soup was beef, onion, red pepper, green bean, and a few chunks of zuccini.....

    I had a small bowl.

I wouldnt image the carb content to be more than 8 or 9 carbs in a bowl...

    Does this sound atkins friendly?!

Assuming it had no added sugar (it will have natural sugars from the tomatoes) Yes!! And delicious too.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

As long as there was no sugar added. Just like Elizellen said, it does sound mighty tasty. The natural sugar from the tomato's not too bad, you have to watch canned tomato's, tomato paste sometimes, because I pulled out a can of chili style stewed tomatos with onion, third ingredient...SUGAR. No good! So becareful!

Sounds great. Diluted as much as you did, I have to imagine the carb count was low. What a nice Mom.
