happy sunday to all! well i did my daily "read" of inspiration here just now and after doing so, feel much better. i was just wondering if any of you heard me this morning.....stomping my feet like a little spoiled child when i got on the scales and did NOT lose of the last couple of days!!!
i know, i know...inches, well being etc....but this morning when i was getting dressed for church, there was NO difference in my size 10 skirt...so it was back to the 12 (which is loose but the 10 is too tight.)
my question is this...i have been in ketosis all week...had several chances to "cheat" but held my ground....worked myself to death yesterday so that HAD to be great exercise...why am i not losing. i read about all the newbies who are dropping weight left and right. we are all different i know but....gggrrr!!!!!
tomorrow is the exercise challenge...my SWEETHEART got all our gym equipment set up yesterday with a littletv and music system to boot...i am HOPING that will give me a MUCH NEEDED boost with this weight loss....i still have 7 pounds to go in 2 weeks to make my first mini goal...going to san francisco to meet the "best man" and my fiance's new business partner and i really want to look and feel my best. any experience or advice is always welcome....and sorry about the whining session...whining is NOW OVER!
