  • Any specifics hold you back?

I have heard some people dump certain foods and weight loss kicks back in. Heavy creamer and coffee is one I hear a lot, some people go to lower sodium meats, some limit cheese a little more. Are there any specific foods that you cut out and saw a difference>?

Pork rinds. I love them but I think I over ate, Probably too much salt also. Now I stick to using them as a filler instead of a snack.

Cheese, especially cream cheese. I can really get carried away with it....you do also have to watch how much coffee you drink, even decaf, the cream can add up

Cheeses, definately pork rinds, really salty meats (this one doesn't stall weightloss but it makes my water weight bounce around and confuse me) and coffee cream.

Cream and diet soda's. Not sure if its the sweetners+cr*p in the sodas or the caffiene, either way I lose more weight if I drink tons and tons of plain water!

DEFINITELY caffiene/soda. I was one of those "Oh-I'll-give-it-up-later" people who thought that drinking soda during induction wasn't going to cause problems. Once I gave it up (after a week of induction) I saw dramatic results.

Think is it the heavy cream for me though I can't give it up long enough to see if it makes a difference. Weird how I can do without bread or pasta but can't let go of my cream for tea and coffee.

Diet Coke for me, and sugar free candy.

On the opposite end I also saw a jump when I started taking vitamins and went to all water.

You're not odd... I have the same problem, but it's not as bad if I have cream cheese or whipped cream w/ them... I tried adding apples back and it was even worse...

Artificial sweetners. Was using only Splenda and found it stalled me. I have to mix up my sweetners.

Cream, cream cheese, all cheese, all artificial sweetners (except stevia - so far, so good). Add berries to the cream and suddenly I'm a glutton!

Have you guys tried making sure you get a good amount of protein with your berries and fruit? I can't eat and apple on it's own, but can with peanut butter, and berries are always with yogurt or cottage cheese same with grapefruit, i'm fine as long as it's with cottage cheese.
