I've read the Vita-Nutrient Solutions book...very informative for many health challenges. As he suggested in that book, I take a high dose of Magnesium to prevent headaches with great success. That alone has made the book worth every penny to me.

I have DANDR, Vita-Nutrient Solutions, and Atkins for Life too. The only other book I have is Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution. It backs up the LC way of eating. Although it's meant for diabetics, I'm sure it would be a good read for anyone doing this WOL.

Although not necessary, I highly recommend Eades and Eades' Protein Power LifePlan. It is worth absolutely every penny for explaining all the science behind low-carb in a very layman-friendly way.
