Okay! I am PMS no excuse but I haven't had much sleep working overnights in psych. I was doing very well for about 8 days and then...last Thursday I ate half of a steak and cheese sub. I then got back on, I didn't let that get to me but today I really did myself in. I had a cheeseburger and fries. First of all, I don't even usually eat this. I know when my body is tired it craves this type of food. I feel so discourage. I have been working out 5 days a week but I feel horrible.!
