I just found nitrate free bacon the other day at my local supermarket "ACME".
It is Hormel, it's new, it is Nitrate free and it is good. They also make Canadian bacon in the same package as well. The Canadian bacon is great!!!. They both do contain sugar, but I have yet to find sugar free bacon, nor do I want too..
