  • i'm cookin' now!!!

hey again atkins pals! on my lunch break today i finally looked up that great site that scooter and others refer us to....
    http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb.html

man oh man....it is full of great recipes in all the categories. cool the way she has marked recipes that are great for induction and there are LOADS of them! (even some desserts)

for those of us who are kitchen geeks, many of the recipes even have really great photos of what the dish is supposed to look like when you are finished making it!!

i am ready to cook! i am SURE that my honey is going to appreciate some variety. bless his heart he never complains about anything i put on the table but the fun recipes and variety will surely help us stick with the plan......

hope i got the site right...if not, someone please correct me. and thanks to all of you who have referred to her site,,,it is really a good one!

let's EAT our way to better health!!

I love that site! I also recommend Dana Carpender's cookbooks. I have "500 low carb recipes" and "15 minute low carb recipes". They are great and written in a fun way. I like that she makes "real" food and not gourmet stuff that I would probably never make. Most of the ingredients are things I can get easily and would actually use in other recipes! lol
