  • A porkrind snack...

Here's a link I found to pork rind snacks of different flavers. I was looking for the cinnamon one's, although I think that the one's I have tried before were from another company.

Ewww.....why do they have all those fillers.....hydrolized cereal corn solids...forgive me but isn't that corn syrup solids....

Hon, if you're going to use pork rinds, use the plain ones only, these people add a lot of unhealthy junk to these, at least that is what I'm seeing.

Just plain old pork rinds contain nothing but salt. When you start add the flavors, they contain all the bad ingredients we are trying to avoid.

Here is how i like to do my pork rinds.

Dump a bag into a bowl.
        Mix some cinnamon with splenda
        Spray lightly with Cooking spray
        sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I'm not a big fan of pork rinds, but I did remember the cinnamon ones. So, I figured I'd share the link with others also.

Thanks Cincy for that recipe, I think I'll try that one of these days. I appreciate it.
