Hi everyone. I've tried Atkins so many times but was never really true to it and just complained that it didn't work for me. But I have so many friends who have done it and look awesome! So I know it works. So here I am, I'm on day 4 I have been so good this time around! I'm really proud of myself for sticking to it this far and haven't even had a craving for bread or other sweets. My problem now is, I haven't lost anything! I was so bummed this morning when I got on the scale and it didn't move at all! I'm walking as my exercise, I drink my water, but what I did notice this morning is I think I'm eating too much cheese. I missed in the book that you're only supposed to have between 3-4 ozs per day. I've been eating it freely (opps) so maybe thats what I've been doing wrong? And also I'm wondering if the scale hasn't moved because I haven't been "regular"....if you know what I mean? (could be all the cheese)
