I haven't had the shakes but I have been very foggy, tired and my arms and legs have been very weak almost jelly like. Today is day 4 for me. I've got more energy today but I still feel foggy and weak.

Stick with it...I was told it's induction "flu" and that it won't last that long.

    Good luck.

I'm pretty new here too, but here's my guess:

You're probably going through a adjustment getting used to lower blood sugar from the reduced carbohydrates. IIRC, you've got about two days stored energy from having eaten carbs in the past. By day three, your body has to start switching to running on fats instead of carbs, and that switch can be unpleasant (at least it was pretty unpleasant for me!). I think people here call it induction flu.

However, -- and this was something I asked about in a different threat -- there's apparently also problems that can happen with too low electrolytes. I don't know much about this, but sounds like it can happen with any diet. It happened for me well *after* going through induction flu (I had walked and hiked a lot the day before, and not eaten very much, is probably why). Because it was after, I was able to tell it was different. It's likely not your problem, but still is another possibility.
