So I found this new drink last night , it is called Fuze Slenderize. www.drinkfuze.com check the slenderize link . It has 10 calories per serving and 2 grams of carbs. It is packed with nutrition Chromium 40 mcg vitamin c 135 mcg super citrimax 450 mg and l-carnitine 45 mg.

It is really refreshing I was hoping someone could read into it and see what they think. It dosnt contain any aspartame so I thought it might be ok to drink once in ahwile.

    Re: fuze drink

aside from those, what are the ingredients? i think i may have seen this int he store but noticed that it had fruit juice or something in it but can't remember.

Also keep in mind that 1 bottle is not one serving, it's 2, so that would be 4carbs per bottle.

The ingredients are filtered water, apple juice from concentrate, malic acid, garcinia cambagia rind extract, natural strawberry watermelon cantalope and other natural flavors, asorbic acid vitamin c acesfame potassium, vegitable juice extract for color l-carnitine, sucralose, chromium polynicotinate.
In small letters it says Tivial source of Sugar.

I drank half of it last night and the other half this morning. It does state on the bottle that it is 5 % juice.

I highlighted the ingredient that takes it out of the "okay for Induction" category.

            Re: fuze drink

As not2late said, it sounds as if it will be a great addition once you reach the 'other fruits' rung of OWL. Though speaking personally I would prefer to eat real fruits instead of drinking them.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
