hi everyone! well, i am at work today and i am taking off tomorrow so i have tons to do here today to have my class ready to go without me. when i get home tonight i have to get things all ready for my kids for the weekend. my son is coming home tonight from college for his spring break and i love hanging out with him so.....i do not think i will be around the board until monday.
i am going with my honey to san francisco for the weekend. we have not been away together in ages it seems so we are looking forward to it. i am meeting his new business partner as well as his best friend who will be our best man in june. it will be a fun and jam packed weekend.
for those of you who know me, you know that i REALLY wanted to reach my first goal by this trip.....and i fell short...the stress of this wedding looming in a little over 3 months and my desire to drop this dreaded 25 pounds before the big day is starting to get to me a little.
i do not see this as a quick fix. it will be my lifestyle. right now i am up and down 2 pounds from my last weigh day. gggrrr!!!! when i get back on monday i am committed to 5/7 days of exercise thanks to the challenge. i will try to up my water from 100 oz (it is hard to drink so much since i am in class with six year olds all day and MIGHT get one break in the day), and study my menu for possible reasons this is going so SLOWLY!!!
as always i LOVE to get all your advice. when i read about what all of you struggle with and succeed at daily i am inspired.
just wanted you to know that i am just on a mini vacation...i did not check out!!!! i am here to stay (and bringing my guy along for the ride too!!!) hope everyone has a great weekend and i will see ya monday!!!
