after 3 weeks of being stuck at 196 and having stopped at that weight and quitting in the past, i took the advice from this board and moved to phase two. i stepped on the scale this morning and was stunned
to see that im now at 186. only 26 lbs to go! thanks everyone!
btw these are the changes i made
more water and less tea
eliminated splenda altogether
added spinach, green beans and squash to my diet.
reintroduced eggs and removed tofu
