  • Don't like vegetables

What to do if I don't like vegetables? I never have been able to eat them although I love V-8 juice. Obviously that is not an option for me. Any one have any ideas?

You have to try them different ways. Look at different recipes! Say you do not like cauliflower. Well try one of the many fauxtatoes recipes. If you do not like raw spinach then try it sauted in olive oil with some parm cheese and crushed garlic. Some like veggies raw and in dip and others prefer them cold. A lot of veggies that I didn't like at first have grown on me. My husband has had the same experience. He thought he hated certain veggies. In truth he had only had those veggies prepared a certain way and just thought he hated them. Try to look up some soup recipes. Leek, celery, greens, onions, garlic, etc can all be great in a soup. You can even blend it up! mummm

V8 juice supposedly contains tomatoes, carrots, celery, beets, parlsey, watercress, lettuce and spinach. With the exception of the carrots and beets, the rest of the vegetables are acceptable for Induction. And these vegetables have fiber.

Plus, there are 54 vegetables on the Induction acceptable food list. They can all be cooked and prepared different ways.
