Why I don't LOSE or GAIN weight when I eat regular corn tortillas, carrots, baked potatoes, beans, or caramled onions, or regular beer?.
I do gain weight if: I eat doritos, eat a sugar cookie, regular bread, flour tortillas.
Yesterday and for the last weeks i've been going off again w/out taking sugars and I see that I'm still on the same weight which is good for me. I ate 6 buglights, a handful of corn chips, corn tortillas quesadillas... Today I weighed my self and I was the same.
Last week I did something similar execpt that I added red cabernet wine and still the same weight, but I as soonest I ate sugar the scale went up the next day and stay that way for 4 days or so, then it when down even still eating like this but leaving the sugar out.
I need INPUT!
