I was reading from the Low Carb recipe site - and reading Linda's "My Story" - she mentions that she did this not counting carbs.
I don't mind eating this way at all, but just can't get the counting of anything down.
If I just keep my carbs to a minimum (mainly from veggies)... will I eventually see weight loss results? I know, even not losing any weight over the past 2 weeks, I feel so much better - and haven't lost inches either.
Will this WOE eventually pay off in pounds and/or inches?
