  • Made a mistake at lunch

So i was out to lunch. I ordered a cheesburger no bun and a bowl of soup. I specificaslly asked if the soup had flour in it. At the end of the meal the waiter came back and apologized and said that indeed flour was in the soup. I am on day 15 of an extended induction. What should I do?

It's just a minor speedbump. Don't get discouraged.

My thoughts? Stay away from the scale for a few days, and drink lots of water. Just keep doing what you've been doing (I see you're down more than 20 lbs already!), and you will be okay!

Next time, ask for a different waiter

What a dope. What if you were allergic?

      I agree with Juli.

Ooh if that happens again, try to get a free meal.

That's totally cruddy though! I don't think it will have much of an effect. Just keep on plan and drink your water, and you'll be fine.

          I agree with all juli's
Indeed a bad mistake of that waiter.
I really wouldn't feel bad about it, it is not that you did it on purpose and there must have been not THAT much of flour inthere, so indeed just pick up where you were and up the water and the exercise.

Most definately, I would complain to the restaurant and tell them how upset you were. I can't believe that people do that. My sister went to a buffet the other day and they had Jello (Big sign that said - made with splenda). Toni asked to see the ingredients. Of course, Aspartame. When she called them on it, the excuse was that corporate sent the signs and told them to put them out.

People can really be buttheads sometimes. Amazing.

YOU're still doing good. Maybe kick up the water a bit, look forward never back. Still, congrats for asking up front, it's just a sin that they couldn't be honest with you.
