  • Urghh

Ok so sunday i cheated at a family brunch. Its tuesday and i cant stop eating. I usually never cheat because the first two days are soo horrible and so hard to get back on track. I cant wait to get back into ketosis.

So, Calizsunshine, what are your plans to get back on track?
Plenty of induction-legal foods prepared? Got your water on hand?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I think remembering how you feel right now is a good way for you to teach yourself not to cheat again. The success of staying on track feels better than any bite of food can taste. Don't be too hard on yourself though, just pick it right back up. Drink lots of water to flush all the icky stuff away. Also, like the others stated, have your plan ready and make sure to go to the store and stock up on induction friendly foods.

Good luck, and keep us posted!!
