I have been on atkins for 6 wks.I have not lost any lbs or inches in 2 wks.I know this is normal.I am just so frustrated.I am working so hard.I get up at 6
oam 6days a week to work out and i have not cheated one time.I have followed plan to t.I feel like i want to give up and eat a twinkie.lol, but i am not.I am not giving up.i just need to vent.I am on the dairy rung.I think i might skip it though cuase i seem to be having cravings. And i think maybe cutting out cheese may help.should i wait 2 more weeks or go ahead and cut out cheese to see if its the culprit.I now its normal to stall between induction and owl.I need some inspiration.

Re: arghh!!!frustrated
DON'T GIVE UP!
You will be much more frustrated if you give in. I understand you missing loosing weight, as it gives us credit for all the hard work and the disciplin.
Have you measured your body aswell? Maybe you lost here?
How about skipping training one or two times, maybe your body just needs a break to handle all the "work in progress"?! Take a bath and read a good book instead, go to the Spa, whatever, maybe it will divert you of focusing on the scale while you are still taking care of yourself but in a different way?
You will make it, we stand with you!

Re: arghh!!!frustrated
Why don't you post your menu in "Review My Menu' maybe a trigger there?
Back away from the Twinkie. Set it down easy. Back away. GET IT!!!!!
SMASH IT!!! (All Atkineers with baseball bats beating up the twinkie - visualize this!!) haha
That could have been disasterous.

Re: arghh!!!frustrated
Hang in there! Exactly the same thing happened to me at the end of induction. My weight didnt budge at all , nor did did my measurements! I kept plugging along and sure enough the scales started to move again ... a few weeks of regular loss followed and now I am stuck again. It seems the weight comes off in fits and starts with me ....as long as it is coming off ! Sticking with it makes me feel good that i havent given in..i know if i gave up i would definately feel a LOT WORSE !
Good luck!
