I was just checking out Atkins.com out of curiosity and I was totally appalled by the "two-week induction meal plan". Are they crazy? Soy Nut Butter!? Crisp Bread!? Waffles!? Plus, these crazy menus have more than 20g carbohydrates a day! The rules of induction aren't even accurate, who let them do this?
