For 100 grams (30g=1oz by the way) 239 calories, 11g protein, 6g carbs, 19g fat

Each wedge weighs approx 18 grams.

These are such great cheeses. I remember getting really excited when I saw these at the Iceland supermarket in western Scotland - they really are everywhere!! Also, the little 3-ounce Philly cheese cubes I always use.
